I & R Partners
continually seeks the most technologically advanced alliances in order
to present innovative, state of
the art solutions to our customers. The "early years" customers had
experienced the frustration and the challenge of being
responsible for either implementing or upgrading their shop floor
data collection systems.
This traditionally involves locating
sources from which to purchase gages, interfaces, multiplexers, and
then there is the joy of choosing the software among over 200
suppliers. So many sources and so little direction. Because of these
challenges, we at I & R have made it our goal to
seek out "special application partners" that we can work
closely with in order to be able to present turnkey solutions to our
customers for total systems integration.
Most recently we formed
a relationship with Tohnichi, a premier choice for today's torque
challenges. Many torque transducers in the past were analog in
communication and due to this they were not easily interfaced to
PC's. It was impractical to attempt to interface due to the
fact that the PC was not portable. This meant that you would have to
buy dedicated hardware to collect shop floor data from these torque
devices. I & R Partners' industrialized hand held PC data
collection systems bring the portability and flexibility needed to
work on the floor and the Tohnichi CEM3 torque device which is a
"microprocessor controlled torque wrench with digital read-out"
gives the capability to meet your various torque applications. We
are happy to be able to offer our customers with a turnkey solution
for their shop floor torque applications. To learn more about the
